Reports of biopsy were to to be delivered on 31st December, still reports weren’t available till 4th Jan, 2022.

Charging for private services is understandable, but please the hospital needs to upgrade it’s services at par private.

If the hospital is charging for private services (for biopsy test it was 11k) then can’t they make the services better.

My father was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin lymphoma, and his treatment started in BBCI on April, 2019. It’s been two months since his treatment ended and we are so thankful to the team of doctors and nurses. You guys have restored our faith in the regional medical facilities. Thanks a lot to the palliative care unit for the home visits and for being with us throughout this fight.

Medical profession is a noble profession. And when you visit a hospital (as a patient) all you can expect is a little courtesy and gentle behavior from the medical staff .But, to be very honest, the reverse is with Dr. B Barooah Cancer Institute. The staff behaves very rudely and to consult a doctor you have to wait for several hours (even upto 5 hours) standing in a queue. Moreover, for a simple biopsy report they make the patient wait for more than 2 weeks.
After doing biopsy, they will again ask you to repeat the test . Seriously ridiculous!!
I will give a 0 rating out of 10 if I have to do so…Not at all satisfied with the facility..It’s the worst! I will never recommend this hospital to any patient

one week here and still no treatment.
Nurses and other attendants lacks courtesy which is so disappointed.
Doctors consider themselves as VVIP no respect for patients.

Now, i regret why i have chosen this hospital.
    Just sending here and there.
Assam Government need to take measures to maintain reputation. Otherwise its just a waste of money for funding bodies.

When it comes to patients, workers working in a hospital should know that their work and patients should be at priority but here i don’t know what experience the workers are taking, they don’t even know how to inject an injection, having just a degree won’t make you an expert at work, there is no politeness in some of the workers working under the doctors, do not know how to speak, how to take care.. its just unacceptable for us. So irresponsible,i hope people be aware of the staffs who are working in there, its very disappointing and unprofessional.

Worst hospital. Doctors and nurses are very rude. They never talk properly.
I have taken seven chemotherapy in private hospital in Hyderabad. There I was paying Rs. 19000/- per chemotherapy including Medicine and all charges but here I have paid Rs. 40,000/-
In Hyderabad Doctors visit two times during chemotherapy and take care to patients but here no one asking. Nurses have very bad manners.

    Worst hospital. Worst staff

Very disorganised stuff and management. They bloody made us wait for 3 hours even after registering at a private level. Very pathetic stuff!

Office boy, other health workers except doctors of this hospital are very irresponsible, they behave very rudely with both patients and attendees.
